We have found here at charming jewelry making really nice (and relatively inexpensive) flower glass beads.
This bright yellow very trendy color has delicate brown chocolate, creamy- white tones. These kind of handcrafted "jewels" are interesting to design with because they are extremely easy to coordinate.
For this pattern, we chose to mix them with pietersite (they have the exact same colors found in the flowers) and black vintage tubes ( they provide a contrasting color (with the yellow) and texture.

Supplies

Beads:

Glass beads
Round gemstones (3 mm)
Vintage tubes

Findings:

Bali silver earwires
Chain
Softflex or tigertail(.15 or .19), stainless steel wire
Crimp beads
Eye pins
Basic tools

How-To

Using the eye loop technique with eye pins, attach the earwire to the flower bead,
Then, attach the flower bead to the black tubes.
Make "bead dangles" and attach them to the black tubes.

For this project:
These almost "earrings wire" have few beaded bead charms. We do use this technique sometime for gemstones or semiprecious beads when their holes are too small and it 's difficult to find thin head pins.

In general:

Your tools need to be always close by during your jewelry making project: a round nose plier, a flat nose plier, glue, scissors, cutter.
Have a good working light and a comfortable chair.
