Indeed, kukui beads and amber are both lightweight.
Amber is not strictly speaking a stone but a fossilized resin.
It has many powerful properties among them releasing the body and mind from all tensions! It is a warming stone and relaxing stone.

So this bracelet is made to be wear everyday!
Amber can be very expensive but you can find chips strands at a reasonable price.

Here, we played with contrasting effects between the soft, smooth, round kukui beads and irregular sharp amber chips.

The silver flat discs add a "blooming" touch to this bracelet.
Note that you can make this jewelry with any gemstone chips. Rose quartz and kukui is beautiful and makes a nice gift as well!

How To

• Make 21 to 25 "bead dangles" with amber chips, silver disc and head pins using the eye loop technique.
• Make a loop with a cord tip ( cut the loop part),
• make a knot,
• string 2 to 3 bead dangles and make another knot.
• String another black bead and continue until the finished length.
• Finish with a bead cap and attach a bead dangle to the loop part. This bead dangle will be the second part of the closure so it needs to fit properly into the cord loop.
