Want to make earrings with polymer clay (plastic) bead ? You can buy (the example below shows a vintage one) or make them.(see project ideas)
Designing with polymer clay beads is interesting: they are lightweight, come in various shapes, nice patterns, and colors. These one are so trendy with flowers motifs, and a touch of pink and blue! For this design, I mixed them with leather cord swarovski crystal bicones and of course earrings findings .

Quick tips
Concerning the cord: See how it can be simple to mix and match beads together; the swarovski crystal bead is matching perfectly with the polymer clay bead, they have the same blue and beige that you can see in the flower bead!
Your tools need to be always close by during your jewelry making project: a round nose plier, a flat nose plier, glue, scissors, cutter. Have a good working light and a comfortable chair. Need some inspiration? Be helped by fashion ,decorating...magazines, especially for color trends ideas.
